About This Role
The Communications Project Manager helps support and implement the communications strategy of House of Mercy Christian Assembly and direct the planning, implementation, and tracking of communications projects. This role helps maintain a high level of excellence in coordinating projects and production schedules, working closely with the creative team, coordinating internal and external communication, assisting with strategic plans, and maintaining overall branding.
Primary Responsibilities and Tasks of the Communications Project Manager
- Manage the church-wide calendar and communications schedule to keep appropriate staff members updated on the progress of communications
- Provide support to the Communications team by keeping it organized, forward-thinking, and schedule-oriented.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, ensuring that all initiatives are planned for all of the church’s social media
- Collaborate with the Communications team and Content Writers to plan and execute communication materials and assets including video, audio, motion graphics, and graphic
- Manage all Communications team projects including timeline, budget, goals, progress reporting, deliverables, and shifting focus and priorities as
- Format for print, video, and web and utilize resources including staff, vendors, and
- Proactively develop engaging, timely, and compelling content for social
- Oversee quality control for all forms of media
- Partner with the Communications Director and Creative Media Director to assist in the creative and communications process for Sunday services and other
- Manage and create media, video, and digital media deliverables for Communications team projects that effectively represent and promote various ministries and events.
Strengths & Skillset
This position reports to the Communications Director.
This position relates to the Communications team staff and volunteers and currently has no staff supervisory responsibilities.

Your Schedule
This is a full-time, salaried position around 40 hours a week with four days spent in the office and one day of flexible working location.
