About This Role
The role of the Campus Pastor is to serve as the primary leader to move forward the vision of House of Mercy Christian Assembly and create structure to handle future growth at their appointed campus. The Campus Pastor has responsibility and authority for discipling and mobilizing the campus teams for effective vision and ministry at the campus.
Primary Responsibilities and Tasks of the Campus Pastor
- Lead and oversee the appointed campus location as an extension site of House of Mercy Christian Assembly by reproducing the vision and spiritual/cultural “DNA” of the
- Develop a vision and strategy to reach the community by impacting people of all ages to become disciples of
- Create a healthy leadership strategy and structure that accomplishes the recruitment and raising up of leaders who oversee areas of the campus’
- Lead and grow the leadership and volunteer team at the appointed campus to carry out effective ministry that impacts the congregation, the community, and the
- Collaborate with ministry directors at the Central campus to reproduce ministries at their appointed campus (children’s ministry, worship team, small groups, ).
- Serve as a consistent presence and campus “host” on Sundays and the primary preacher/teacher for weekend services when video teaching is not used.
- Accountable for stewardship over the campus
- Oversee and assist in the preparation and execution of all weekend service element for the campus to accomplish a high level of excellence for the Sunday worship
- Mature follower of Jesus with a passionate love for God and for:

- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and

Your Schedule
This is a full-time, salaried position around 45 hours a week, with four days spent in the office and one day of flexible working location.
