Job Description
Associate Pastor / Assistant Pastor (Pentecostal)
Role Purpose
To support the Senior Pastor in delivering worship, teaching, pastoral care, and spiritual leadership to the congregation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in leading worship services, prayer meetings, and Bible teaching
- Preach and teach under the guidance of the Senior Pastor
- Provide pastoral support, visitation, and prayer ministry
- Support discipleship, youth, family, or community ministries
- Participate in evangelism and outreach initiatives
Who We Are Looking For
- Licensed or ordained minister, or recognised minister-in-training
- Endorsement from HMCA or an affiliated Pentecostal church
- Demonstrated commitment to Christian ministry
