Evangelism Ministry

Evangelism Ministry

The Evangelism Ministry is a significant need of every church today as we need church leaders to strongly represent the meaning of being ambassadors of the gospel. Our pastors and elders should start by sharing their beliefs and faith with others and teaching them how to become true ambassadors of Christ.

We can compensate for the consequences of our mistakes by attaining true faith. It may also compensate for our ignorance and the pain suffered as a result of others sinning against us and from the suffering that is a result of us being humans.

The HMCA Evangelism ministry aims to reach as many people as possible and spark the belief of Him in their hearts.

He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
Mark 16:15

Evangelical ministries are unique as are God’s children. The HMCA committee are doers of personal and congregational evangelism. The ministry provides many services to the community some of which are mentioned below:

  • Training on evangelism. Many people are afraid of faith sharing conversations and invite people to church to listen to professionals speak about faith. We encourage and train individuals so that they are confident to spread the word of God.
  • We are active and engaged to share faith with those who don’t know or are not close to Christ.
  • Conduct courses from time to time allowing people to understand Christianity and ask questions in a safe environment.
  • Organize evangelism activities and programs for the community. Provide them with an opportunity to hold talks and have a conversation about their faith.
  • Create a hospitable environment in and around the church to encourage faith discovery.
  • Assisting individuals during their passage to Christ and explaining the nudge of the Holy Spirit.

Message from the Ministry

God’s wisdom has all the treasures of the world in them; the key to accessing this wisdom lies in the strength of your faith. You can use the strength of your faith to ask God for wisdom.

Your spiritual growth is not possible without the element of God’s wisdom in it. You come to know of God’s plan when you ask for wisdom by opening yourself to God.

The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free.
Luke (4:18)

The key purpose of the trials in our lives is for us to know Jesus by understanding his teaching, feeling them in our hearts, and applying them in our everyday life.

Remember that God loves us unconditionally and would not want to see us go through a period of difficulty in our life that serves us no purpose. So be assured that the trials in your life are there for your benefit so that you may strengthen your faith and enter God’s kingdom by being closer to Him.

The comforts we seek are only possible by turning ourselves towards Jesus. Only His sacrifice can save us and heal all of our sufferings. This relief is not just from your sins and guilt but also in filling your soul with the Holy Spirit that takes you towards freedom.
