<h1>About This Role</h1>
<p>The College Pastor is responsible for ensuring all aspects of spiritual growth and development of college-aged students who attend House of Mercy Christian Assembly. This includes leadership for all programming, teaching, events, and management in support of the overall vision, mission, and purpose of the church. The College Pastor also expands the reach of our college ministry by creating new initiatives, in new places, to reach new students for Christ.</p>
<h1>Primary Responsibilities and Tasks of the College Pastor</h1>
<ol>
<li>Plan and execute biblically accurate and culturally relevant</li>
<li>Create a calendar that will encompass all of the programming needs of the college ministry to fulfill all spiritual development and outreach goals.</li>
<li>Have a weekly presence on college campuses surrounding House of Mercy Christian Assembly</li>
<li>Create a strategic plan to reach out to, engage, and collaborate with each college</li>
<li>Recruit, develop and empower student and adult leaders to lead campus</li>
<li>Develop a student leadership team that creates opportunities for college-aged individuals to learn about Jesus, build community, and live out their</li>
<li>Collaborate with student leaders to develop and implement a plan for relational evangelism on college</li>
<li>Lead a weekly large group gathering and serve as the primary</li>
<li>Meet with student leaders on a regular basis to provide guidance and</li>
<li>Create opportunities for students to grow and serve experientially through local and international mission trips, community service projects, etc.</li>
<li>Build bridges between college life and the overall life of House of Mercy Christian Assembly, creating a pipeline of young leaders who can step into</li>
</ol>

<p>The Administrative Pastor collaborates with our Lead Pastor to oversee the main office, House of Mercy Christian Assembly ministries, and volunteers. The Administrative Pastor uses analytical, business, and discipleship skills to provide business, operation, and spiritual leadership support to the church. By modelling Christ-like character, the Administrative Pastor cultivates a heart of service in staff and volunteers to advance the mission of House of Mercy Christian Assembly</p>
<h3>Primary Responsibilities and Tasks of the Administrative Pastor</h3>
<ol>
<li>Develop and administer the policies and procedures of House of Mercy Christian Assembly.</li>
<li>Oversee the financial health of the church, including payroll, records, insurance needs, bill payment, and accounting processes.</li>
<li>Provide direction for the weekday operation of the church office.</li>
<li>Organize and supervise office staff and volunteers.</li>
<li>Oversee the security of the church.</li>
<li>Maintain an inventory of church property and equipment.</li>
<li>Administer policies and procedures concerning the use of all church property and facilities, including coordination of assigned rooms for meetings and activities.</li>
</ol>
<h3>Your Team</h3>

<li>This position reports to the Senior Pastor.</li>
<li>This position relates to the leadership team.</li>
<li>This position currently oversees 5 volunteer office personnel, who serve in the church office on a weekly basis.</li>
<li>The Administrative Pastor participates in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual team meetings as a part of the leadership team.</li>

<h3>Key Performance Indicators</h3>
<p>The strategy of the ministries that the Administrative Pastor leads reflect the overall growth strategy of the church:</p>

<li>Develop disciples and leaders.</li>
<li>Serve, engage and invite the community.</li>
<li>Grow City Groups who help others grow in faith.</li>
</ul>
<p>The Administrative Pastor will be evaluated on the following three metrics</p>
<p class="p1">1.Increase volunteer involvement percentage over the next year.</p>

<li>Identify the percentage of members/attendees who are actively volunteering.</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership team on a strategy to recruit more volunteers for the main office and other ministries.</li>

<p class="p1">2.Improve processes for Human Resource<i>s</i></p>

<li>Implement a consistent performance review process for church staff.</li>
<li>Create a monthly leadership development time for staff and lead volunteers.</li>
<li>Create a new staff onboarding process.</li>
<li>Hire one HR Assistant by the end of year one.</li>
</ul>
<p class="p1">3.Identify giving growth over time and tools for improvement.</p>

<li>Create a weekly report of giving growth metrics to be presented to the leadership team weekly.</li>
<li>Research and implement a text-to-give service by the end of year one.</li>

<h1>About This Role</h1>
<p>The primary responsibility of the Children’s Ministry Coordinator is to ensure that each encounter with the children’s ministry of House of Mercy Christian Assembly is inviting to both members and guests. The Children’s Ministry Coordinator casts vision, plans, and advocates for the faith development, safety, and discipleship of children.</p>
<h1>Primary Responsibilities and Tasks of the Children’s Ministry Coordinator</h1>
<ol>
<li>Collaborates with other members of the children’s ministry team to plan and execute a comprehensive program that includes worship, fellowship, and age-appropriate studies that guide children as they grow in</li>
<li>Lead in the creation and annual updating of safety policies and</li>
<li>Choose and provide all children’s ministry curriculum and plan, create, and implement weekly programs for</li>
<li>Regularly and intentionally communicate with parents, families, and children’s ministry leaders within the church and in our community to ensure that children have many opportunities to</li>
<li>Recruit, train, and encourage children’s ministry</li>
<li>Plan and organize an annual Vacation Bible School for the summer</li>
<li>Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in the children’s ministry in a timely and professional</li>
<li>Prepare classroom materials in a timely manner and ensure that classrooms are set up and ready for Sunday services and special</li>
<li>Oversee the schedule of children’s ministry volunteers for Sunday services and other events to ensure that all positions are covered and an adequate child to volunteer ratio is maintained.</li>

<p>This position reports to the Children’s Pastor.</p>
<p>This position works closely with a team of children’s ministry volunteers who serve during weekend services and in various ways during the week.</p>
<h1>Key Performance Indicators</h1>
<p>The strategy of the ministries that the Children’s Ministry Coordinator leads reflects the overall growth strategy of the church:</p>

<li>Grow City Groups who help others grow in</li>
</ol>
<p>The Children’s Ministry Coordinator will be evaluated on the following three metrics:</p>

<li>Recruit 10 new volunteers and/or leaders by</li>

<p>Design and implement a strategy for encouraging more volunteers to serve with the children’s ministry. Identify and onboard 10 new volunteers across age groups.</p>

<p>Plan children’s ministry learning opportunities and events in alignment with church-wide initiatives to increase engagement and participation.</p>

<p>Create a strategy to invite more children to learn with the children’s ministry during weekend services and to attend children’s ministry events.</p>
